Quimbee Design System

Background: Quimbee offers online learning solutions for law students and legal professionals. Our customers rely on our products to successfully accomplish various tasks as part of their learning process. Any lack of cohesion in the design has the potential to disrupt our customers' learning experience and hinder their ability to complete their tasks effectively.

Idea: We aim to provide a cohesive modular system design, creating scalable models that enhance the quality of the UI/UX design for Quimbee's website and app, while also streamlining the production process.

My role: I provide expert guidance to designers, overseeing their efforts in ideation, prototyping, and testing of web and app pages. As a strong advocate for user-centered design, I emphasize the importance of leveraging user research and usability testing as the primary drivers behind design decisions.

Results: The Net Promoter Score (NPS) soared to 72. Our active subscriber base experienced 17% year-over-year increase.
