Fuzzy Branding
Background: Fuzzy provides vet-curated custom boxes designed specifically for your cats and dogs, encompassing everything from nail care to digestive health. The subscription also provides pet parents with access to Fuzzy’s 24/7 live vet chat.
Idea: Designed by vets. Loved by pets.
My role: I managed and led the creative team and agencies in developing new branding strategies and marketing campaigns across paid and organic, online and offline media. I collaborated with the product and engineering teams to develop UX/UI design for our website and app, conducted research, A/B testing, and implemented insights into our design decisions.
Results: The new brand launched with Fuzzy Pet Care Fundamental membership program increased our user acquisition by 27%, exceeding our revenue target for 2020 by 4.7%.
Logo
Our logo combines a simple and modern wordmark with an internationally recognized symbol. The symbol is a modern representative of healthcare, with a nod to both the at-home nature of telehealth and of classic pet houses, while letterform bookending the word slightly wrapping around to form an embrace.
